Ozobooks provides cloud-based accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, and tax compliance services for businesses in Australia, Singapore, and beyond. Service details are outlined at the time of engagement or proposal acceptance.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to act on behalf of the company you represent to use our services.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete financial data and documents
- Maintain legal compliance with ATO, IRAS, and other relevant authorities
- Review reports and communications from Ozobooks promptly
- Cooperate in a timely manner to ensure delivery of services
Failure to do so may delay or affect the accuracy of service outcomes.
5. Payments & Invoicing
- Fees are agreed upon before service commencement (monthly/quarterly/annual).
- Invoices are payable within 7 days unless otherwise stated.
- Late payments may attract penalties or result in service suspension.
- All taxes applicable (GST, etc.) will be charged as per law.
6. Intellectual Property
- All content, website assets, logos, and tools remain the property of Ozobooks.
- You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute our content or systems without permission.
7. Data Privacy & Security
- We maintain strict data protection measures as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
- Your business and financial data are confidential and never shared without consent, except where legally required.
8. Cancellation & Termination
- Either party may terminate services with 7 days’ notice via written/email communication.
- Ozobooks may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, misuse, fraud, or breach of terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
Ozobooks will not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Delays or errors resulting from incorrect or delayed client data
- Losses due to third-party software/platform errors
- Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last billing cycle.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided “as is”, with no guarantees of accuracy or outcomes unless explicitly stated. We are not liable for changes in tax law or external audit interpretations.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, with applicable compliance with Australia’s and Singapore’s accounting regulations. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Kolkata, India.
12. Changes to Terms
Ozobooks reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and notified via email (if applicable).
