What is BAS, and do I need to lodge it?

In Australia, the Business Activity Statement (BAS) is required for all GST-registered businesses. It’s used to report and pay GST, PAYG withholding, and other taxes. If you’re GST-registered, you must lodge it monthly, quarterly, or annually.

In Singapore, GST-registered businesses must file GST F5 returns with IRAS. These are usually done on a quarterly basis and must include all taxable sales and purchases for the period.

We handle both preparation and coordination for filing. For clients who prefer to lodge themselves, we provide ready-to-file documents. Alternatively, we can assist your accountant or tax agent for direct submission.

We can help you catch up on overdue filings, reconcile past transactions, and liaise with your accountant to file backlogs without penalties (if applicable).

We use encrypted cloud tools, role-based software access, and sign NDAs for every client. Your data security and compliance are our top priorities.

Yes. Every BAS or GST report we prepare is backed by a full bank and ledger reconciliation to ensure accuracy and audit readiness.

We work with Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, and other cloud platforms. We can also support clients using manual Excel-based bookkeeping, though we recommend migrating to cloud tools.

We currently specialize in Australia (ATO-compliant BAS) and Singapore (IRAS GST). If you operate in both countries or across branches, we can streamline filings across both jurisdictions.

Yes. We can help organize and present audit-ready reports, track adjustments, and provide documentation to support your accountant or auditor during reviews.

We can typically onboard and begin within 2–3 business days after receiving access and prior data. We’ll review your books, reconcile transactions, and prepare your upcoming lodgement quickly.
